I promise you do not want to send your senior here. This facility has been completely irresponsible with Covid. My grandmother is now dead because of their negligence. Several staff members infected with covid-then infected the seniors-because of that my Nana is now dead. Not only that-but she claimed abuse by their staff.

Quality Care of Waco residence's caring professionals specialize in adult and senior care therapy. They are the key to getting patients back to their normal lives as quickly as possible. He was happy there and he loved his main CNA Teresa. They were always friendly to our family and reported to me on anything to do with my daddy.
Oh and this phone issue, it's been going on for over a month! Who's responsible for cleaning up fecal matter when the staff can't/won't? How this facility takes advantage of the indigent is despicable! I do feel for the majority of the care staff as they work very hard...and get very little in return.
