The settlement from the lawsuit resolves allegations that the ODRC unlawfully failed to offer a day shift as a reasonable accommodation to a correctional officer with diabetes where it was medically necessary, and would not be an undue hardship. ADAIN will meet or exceed the modified standards and procedures specified by the American Society for Testing and Materials , ASTM E 2018, for ADA/ABA/FHA projects.
While continuous adoption will still be a key focus for HSPay in 2023, we also expect to begin seeing what should be meaningful revenue from increased Total Payment Volume ("TPV").
